They were very nice and clean But....... My dog came home with a very bad case of kennel cough ( he has never had this condition) We bought the insurance which they said covering any and everything......but when I contacted them they said they would cover anything that is air born .... We were very disappointed ...

Our dog always comes home from Best Friends clean and in good health. I like being able to watch her on the web-cams in the playroom

They are professional and seem to care for the pets that stay there.
It is a bit expensive, but they do give you a free night the first time you board there.
One of our dogs tends to pant heavily when she is stressed, which she did after we dropped her off. They called me to verify whether this was normal. When they first tried, I was on a plane, so they called the emergency contact I left. I appreciated that they were monitoring the dogs and took the initiative to check to see if the behavior was normal.
I also appreciated the and quot;report cardand quot; they give when you pick up your dog, letting you know how the stay went.

We have used Best Friends in Chestnut Ridge many times over the past few years. Our dogs are always well taken care of. There are no eating issues while they are there and come home healthy and happy. Our dogs attend their day camp one day a week and we have never had any problems. Everyone we (and they) interact with at Best Friends is very professional and truly loves animals.

Staff is curtious and seems to enjoy being with animals. Exterior of the facility needs some repair which doesn't seem to effect the animals inside. My dog comes home happy. Only downside, I feel that the price is high, exercise with other dogs is extra which doesn't make sense since they're all there. I have used them again for a weekend. They did provide another good experience for my dog but it was expensive for a weekend away.

They are very good and we take our dog there all the time. Price was for nine days.

I wanted to make brief mention of this company because I really think they do a good job of watching my dog when I am away. I always have her returned to me happy and clean and I like the facilities they use to take care of her. I recommend this place very highly.

This place does grooming and boarding. They're good and I like their prices too. They are what I would call affordable and a place that meets the needs of the average American family, which I like. They don't charge you all these high prices like some other places try and do.

My dog can not wait to get there! She is happy and doesn t look back when we get in there. They hire people that like animals and that is what we like. They also are friendly and personal with my dog when we go there.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY CARING AND LOVING WITH MY PET. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO THE WAY THEY HANDLE THEMSELVES. EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE THEIR PETS THERE.

BEST FRIENDS PET RESORT IS A VERY GOOD PLACE. THEY REALLY TAKE CARE OF YOUR PET AND THEY ENJOY ANIMALS IN GENERAL. I KNOW THAT MY DOG IS BEING FED AND KEPT SAFE.

THEYRE PROFESSIONAL, AND WHEN MY DOG COMES BACK SHES HAPPY. I LIKE THEM BECAUSE OF THE WAY IM TREATED. THEY DONT GIVE ME ANY EXCUSES BECAUSE THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL. THE DOG IS FED AND CLEAN WHEN I PICKED HER UP.

THEYRE REALLY GOOD. Theyre EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ARE CLEAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THE ANIMALS. I BRING THE DOG THERE NOT ONLY FOR BOARDING BUT ALSO EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS TO GET HIM GROOMED. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEYRE VERY RELIABLE AND VERY KIND. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

IT WAS WONDERFUL. I LOVE THEM, AND I WOULD CERTAINLY GO BACK. I WOULD SEND PEOPLE THERE. THEY ARE VERY CARING, CLEAN, VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND ATTENTIVE TO ME.
