Beckerle Lumber Supply Co Inc

After shopping around for prices, guarantees, and trying to get someone to help me at the big box stores, a friend suggested going to a lumber store as they will have doors. I had a good experience at the Orangeburg location. The sales people were very helpful and there was no pressure. I received a quote, printed out and it was explained, and they answered all my questions. One thing I really liked was a choice of hiring my own contractor or using someone they someone they usually work with - they gave me a list of contractors who I could contact on my own if I wanted. Or they would get someone from the list if I wanted and Beckerle would guarantee the door and installation for one year. This last choice was the one I chose. It costs more but it gave me peace of mind and I had one less job to do. It became one stop shopping which I liked. I choose to have them contact the contractor who came to the house with a person from Berkerle for a measurement. Both John (from Beckerle) and Larry (Contractor) were friendly and answered any questions. Larry arrived on time, on the day of the installation did a great job! I love my new door. The hall is much brighter with the new sidelight glass panels. He was very nice to my dog who wanted to "help" .
