I was very happy with the whole experience. He came out on time when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to fix the issue with the computerized backboard on the range. Everything has been working fine.

He was polite, prompt, and knowledgeable.  When the belt didn't hold he came back and fixed it for free.

Technician came the same day and very efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Quick response to the initial call, flexible availability, prompt arrival, very friendly, efficient diagnosis and repair.

On Friday the dryer made a banging sound and shut off.  It would not start again.  I found Appliance Man on Angie's List and put in a request through the website.  Shortly thereafter I received a phone call and had an appointment for Monday morning.  Shia was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  He repaired the problem and told me he would order any parts I needed if it happened again.  Highly recommend.

I emailed the Appliance Man, LLC to ask if they replaced glass in oven doors.  I received an email promptly indicating they could help me.  Shia showed up to get the make and model promptly.  Made phone calls quickly to find out if he could get he glass that day.  He came back the following day at the prescribed time and replaced the glass quickly and cleanly.  He was pleasant and efficient.  Would use him again in a heartbeat.

Bake coil of GE stove wasn't working. Had called him in for estimate
awhile back but didn't use at the time. When he came back, he mentioned
the previous service call before I did, and reduced his fee by that
amount. Told me he'd come back next day with part to fix the stove and
was good to his word.  Performed the repair quickly and efficiently. Was
professional and did a nice job. Would use him again with no
hesitation.

.He fixed our fridge door--which was not actually what I originally called him to do--but he was able to solve the problem of the door not closing properly.
He's very friendly and resourceful!

The Appliance Man was prompt, he showed  up the same day  called for help. He was very courteous and professional (he knew what he was doing). I highly recommend his services and will defiantly keep his number on hand.

This service was excellent. I called them at 12 o'clock pm and they said they would be there between three and six pm. the repair man was here promptly at 5:30 PM, diagnosednthe problem and fixed it within 15-20minutes. he was very understanding and professional. thanks to appliance man our refrigerator works again which means we don't have to throw out our food, and we won't have to shell out the extra bucks for a new fridge in the foreseeable future. I would definitely highly recommend this service for anyone in the rocking or Westchester County area

We called them and they answered right away we got same day service the servicer called us about 20 min before he came to let us know he will be on his way. we would deff recommend appliance man to others.

He was very competent and reliable.  When I called him he always made it a point to call me back.  He always gave me options and suggestions.  I called him on a Friday and he came by Monday.  He had what I wanted.  It took him about forty five minutes to replace the part.  The oven is now normal again after his service.  I would use him again in the future.
