Aleks and his team are truly amazing!  I had hired a contractor more than a year ago to install a bathroom in a space in my house that was being used for storage.  I needed the space include a stand up shower, sink, toilet, electric, plumbing...basically, the works.   The first contractor I hired came and took my money, but did NO work other than make a whole in my floor and in my ceiling.   I was devastated, but still needed to get this bathroom done.  After hours and months of  searching, I found Aleks from AMV.   From the minute I met him, I knew I could trust him. He not only did the work himself along with his brother and his cousin, but they all took the time to educate me along the way about the process.  You can tell by the finish of my bathroom, that they take pride in the work they do.  It isn't just a living for them, it's an art form!  I felt so at ease!  The bathroom looks beautiful and Aleks was always available via phone, email or text, to address any questions. All of them were so professional, always on time, and everything is perfect.  Every promise he made to me was fulfilled.  Every milestone, every decision, every detail was communicated to me UP FRONT so I was aware of what to expect.  This went such a long way for me.  I have to know what to expect and when, and he does just that without me ever having to ask!  They cleaned up after themselves EVERY SINGLE DAY.  No detailis overlooked by this team!   Aleks, Benny, Mike and the electricians were SO wonderful!  The estimate was PRECISE and there were no surprises at all in the cost.  These are good and honest people and you will not find any contractor better than AMV Interiors and construction!  I can't say enough positive things about them and rate them higher if I could!!

Alex, Mike and Benny, brothers and cousins were the most through and professional home construction team I have ever come across. From the first meet we felt that they were the real deal! Here is a crew of young guys who are highly competent, always positive and very accommodating. The tile work was remarkable. The bathroom has been transformed. We had an old skylight that would detract from the rest of the room.  AMV suggested that they frame out the interior around the window and that window now looks brand new. The installation, down to the paint job, was as good as anyone out there. They were never frazzled.  Incorrect shower doors and then a delivery of incorrect parts caused these guys to come back 3 more times with never a complaint. We are having out downstairs bathroom done this spring and these are the guys who are doing it. Quality, consistency, honesty and a sincere desire to do the right thing makes this company the real deal. Also, at the end of each day, we came home to a clean house that looked as if they were never there. I highly recommend this company. We love these guys!

I met with Aleks to get an estimate for kitchen work due to some water damage.  I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and downright good nature.  Upon furnishing his estimate, he gave me a list of references.  The people I contacted on that list had nothing but compliments about him and his work.
I hired AMV for the kitchen work, and also decided  to hire them for my bathroom remodel.  The kitchen turned into a big project upon the discovery of mold, due to the water leak. The whole kitchen had to be gutted. This 2 week job turned into a 5 week job, but I have to say, having Aleks, Mike and Benny on the job everyday made the stress and inconvenience of construction in my home so much easier.  They were on time each and every day, they placed drop cloths to protect my floors and carpets,and they cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. They even good-naturedly put up with my crazy Jack Russell Terrier, Rosie, who wanted to attack all of their power tools!   Aleks helped me with decisions that needed to be made and also picked up the large items for me, such as the jacuzzi and stove.
The finished jobs are beautiful.  My kitchen looks absolutely amazing with new cabinets, flooring, lighting, window and fresh paint. The masterbath looks like a new room.  Aleks installed a 3'X3' glass block window that looks beautiful. The shower is tiled, using a beautiful river rock base.  The floor is tiled. The step up to the jacuzzi, as well as the platfrom around the jacuzzi is tiled, also using the river rock. The wall around the platform is tiled, going about 26" up. They replaced the molding, put up lighting, a new fan and heat lamp, a new mirror, and painted.
Aleks is nothing short of an honest, hardworking, reliable, knowledgable contractor, and an all around nice guy. It was a pleasure working with him, Mike and Benny and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.  I would not hesitate in hiring AMV again for any of my home projects!

Took out the old bathroom, which included two tubs, and installed new tile, tub, toilet, vanity, light fixtures, fan, and floor.
This was a project we were very nervous about because nothing ever goes smoothly in this house.
We are very pleased with the results and would use AMV again in the future without hesitation.

During the kitchen remodeling, we decided to replace the 25 year old kitchen tile floor before installing the new cabinets.  The job turned out to be much bigger than we thought.  Alex and his crew had to demo the kitchen floor down to the joists because of the way the original floor had been installed.  Alex did this job in a professional manner, he is not only very knowledgeable but also very skilled.  Since we had recently had our hardwood floors refinished, he taped and covered every inch of wood flooring for the duration of the job so as not to cause any scratches to the new hardwood. Each day they cleaned up after themselves, making every effort to keep the house as neat as possible.  During this process, my husband and I decided to paint the interior of our home also.  Because of the meticulous way we saw Alex handling the kitchen remodeling, we decided to have him complete the painting also. Alex does an excellent job priming and sanding the walls before painting.  He also polyurethaned all the wood trim and doors in the house. This was an extensive job. He always came by each morning promptly, and was always in contact with me as the job progressed. He handled other facets of the job including plumbing and installation of bathroom fans. He always offered his opinion during the job, which helped me in the decision making process. I plan to hire Alex again in the spring to take care of exterior work that we need repaired.

We hired AMV Construction and Interiors to remodel our bathroom.They quoted a fair price for the job,came the days and times they said they would, gave us some good ideas and did quality work.We are very happy with the finished project-Aleks and his crew are true professionals and we highly reccomend them.

Aleks Velkovski impressed me when he first came to give an estimate for the job.  Other contractors were happy to tell me that they would put in quality toilets and vanities and their price, but I never really understood what I'd be getting or paying for. (A couple of them gave me nothing in writing, just a quote over the phone!).  My wife, Anita, and I wanted a more active role in what our bathroom would look like. 
       When asked, Aleks was happy to give us an estimate that itemized all of the demolition, removal and installations that he would do.  This was followed by a concise list of what we would supply for him with price ranges for each item.  This included not only sink and tub, but how many square feet of tile (with price ranges) we'd need for both the floor and shower as well as faucets, towel bars, light fixtures, paint, etc.  With this list, we could see just how much the bathroom would cost, and could decide where to save money and where we should spend a little extra.      
       The work took 5 very busy days to complete.  Aleks was always there on time and protected my stairs and hall carpet with drop-cloths.  At the end of the day, he was careful to leave everything clean and organized.  
        The work was not without its challenges (the subfloor was full of mold and had to be replaced and  none of the walls were quite square ...), but Aleks clearly had my satisfaction as his highest priority, keeping me informed and asking for my feedback regularly.  Moving the toilet was never in the original agreement, but with the floor torn up and the joists going the right way, Aleks told me that it was a possibility.  Although it wasn't easy, his moving that toilet over 6 inches fixed the major spacing problem that dominated that bath from the day it was made.  
        Aleks did not charge us for the additional labors involved in tearing up the rotted floor and moving the toilet, the only additional charge was for the extra materials he purchased to do them.  Aleks is very detail oriented and pays close attention to every facet of the job.  The finished room looks great, and my wife and I could not be happier.

THERE IS NOTHING NEGATIVE THAT WE CAN SAY ABOUT AMV.  THEY WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, POLITE INFORMATIVE.  THEY REMOVED ALL DEBRIS.  MADE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP OUR HOME CLEAN WHILE THEY WORKED ON THE BATHROOM.  AFTER COMPLETION OF JOB THEY CLEANED ANY AREA OUTSIDE AND INSIDE THAT NEEDED CLEANING.  THERE WAS A VERY SMALL PROBLEM FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB; WE CALLED ALEKS AND HE IMMEDIATELY CAME AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM.  WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND AMV.

From day one these gentlemen were polite and courteous.  They were very respectful to us and our home, making sure to hang plastic in door ways and covering our floors so dust debris wouldn't dirty other parts of our home.  They always cleaned as they worked and NEVER left a mess at the end of the day making it safe for my family.  They  always double checked with us before starting a project to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Very professional and hard working.  I WILL definitely call AMV Interiors and Construction, Inc. back when I need more work done and, I DEFINITELY DO recommend them. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.

Aleks was very professional and responsive when providing his estimate.  He had been a subcontractor on a previous job for us which is why we were comfortable reaching out to him again.  His crew was very respectful, arrived on time, did excellent work and left the house clean at the end of every work day.  We are very happy with the work that they did and will definitely call upon them in the future.

Excellent communications. Returned phone calls timely. Took the time to explain in detail what work his estimate covered and the related costs so that their weren't the usual (surprise) costs mid job. His crew completed what I would characterize as a very difficult total bathroom remodel on time, with good humor and professionalism. Their work was excellent and I would hire them again.

Very clean workmanship professional and price was on target. Will call AMV for future work.
