They were punctual and friendly. They did not use any water or electricity from your own house. It was all from their station outside. They definitely were either cheaper or comparable with other places I looked. So, they were good with their pricing.

Jay did a great job cleaning the carpets in my duplex. He came in on time, pre-treated the traffic areas and did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets. The carpets look great after not being cleaned in 5 and 8 years. The 8 year tenants were ecstatic at how good they looked. This is the second time I used Tropical. The first time Jay came and cleaned my office carpet that had heavy traffic areas with graphite dust. He did a great job and I'll get him back twice a year to keep up on them. I'll definitely used again for my personal property and highly recommend.

This is the fourth time I have hired Tropical Carpet Clean. He is a very nice man. He got spots out of my carpet that no one else could get out. I have already recommended to others that have hired him and they were all happy with him as well.
