The yellow jackets lived under the siding on the garage which forms one edge of a patio which had become very unnerving to use. I had Perry Hampton (TAAP) out once before years ago to deal with a hornet nest and had kept his card so I called him for this problem too. My call was returned immediately, Perry was here the next day, inspected the entire exterior of the house, and treated the yellow jacket problem. Perry is one very pleasant fellow and a joy to do business with. He explained exactly what he had done, what I should expect, left complete documentation of the materials he had used and indicated he would return free of charge if the problem wasn't fixed. The yellow jackets were gone within two days. That was a week ago and I have seen nothing of them since.

TAAP owner contacted us immediately via phone to setup an initial
appointment and estimate.  He arrived 3 minutes early before the
scheduled time.  He was booking a few weeks out and due to that offered
to explain to us how to "do-it-yourself." or to book the service.  His
do-it-yourself guidance along with taking a follow up call with more
questions led me to address out squirrel invasion without having to wait
a few weeks for availability. The owner was patient, understanding, and took time to explain and answer all questions.  His quoted price for the service was fair, especially compared to some competitors.  Given his willingness to teach me a bit, since he knew it was not best to wait a few weeks to address the squirrels, I was able to do it myself and save hundreds of dollars.  If my do-it-yourself techniques had not worked there is no one else I would have called other than him to come do the work.  In the future, there is no one else I will call for extermination/rodent issues.  Last but not least, I also liked the fact that the business is local, rather than national.  I would much rather keep money in our community than fund a national endeavor.
Overall, a big thank you is due to Angie's list for guiding me in this direction and to TAAP for being "people" rather than just business men.  4 Thumbs up from my wife and I!

At a prior address, neighbors noticed a rat infestation that ran across multiple properties in garages and sheds. Perry was able to eliminate the problem through use of education and tools of his trade. Since that time, we've relied on TAAP for a variety of occasions. Before buying our current home, Perry did a thorough investigation of the property. He exterminated a European hornets nest and baited for mice in the basement. We now contract with TAAP for quarterly inspection and treatment. Perry is very responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. We highly recommend TAAP Pest Elimination with no hesitation.

THe person they sent was professional and knew his stuff. I was extremely pleased with his explanations and his work.

Extremely well.  On first visit, bat could not be found.  When bat re-emerged, we called and the company came immediately, this time finding the bat and removing it.   No charge was made for the extra trip.  Very friendly and professional people.  My apologies for not completing this review earlier.

They had been servicing me for fifteen years. Their price is based on the service you are requiring; there is a range. When he said he cast them out, he really does; I have not had any mice problem in fifteen years. He comes on a three month rotation just to ensure it. He is competent and reliable. He is generally concerned of ensuring that the customer is happy with their services.
