Work was done in a timely manner. Bike works well. A bit pricey for what I needed done. It may have been cheaper to go somewhere else and buy a new bicycle, but this was local and I like to support local businesses when I can. The bicycle is just for casual use, not a racing bike, nor is it going to be used for long distance riding. If it needs work done again and I can't find somewhere else cheaper to go, I will go back because the work was good.
