Description of Work: Install carpet and pad in 2 bedrooms and a small hallway. Sales rep Dave Lennox explained what I could expect from start to finish, answered my questions, and came to do the measurement. Dave sent me a written estimate via e-mail (saved me a trip to store). At Pro Carpet they also let me compare apples to apples as their Mohawk carpet had different product names from another local store. | Installers were on time, moved furniture (per contract) and cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming the new carpet. |

carpet installation
 + -1 moreOur experience with Pro Carpet was positive from our initial showroom visit until the carpet installation was complete and they drove away. We had carpet replaced in two bedrooms. They arrived on time for both the estimate and for the installation. Before leaving the installer took a few minutes to explain the type of carpet weave and what to do if something snags the yarn. This was the first phase of our plan to replace carpet throughout our house, and we will definitely be going back to Pro Carpet.
Description of Work: Removed existing carpet and installed new carpet and pad.

carpet installation
 + -1 moreDuring the installation of poxy flooring a contractor from Pro Carpet did the installation of the poxy flooring. It took me calling back and having the sales representative Nick Distante come out and look at the poor installation of the flooring. The flooring took three applications before the installation was satisfactory. Now it has been one month with traffic on the floor, the floor has turned dull and appears to be dirty and scratched. In my initial consultation, my concern was scratching from the dogs toe nails. This flooring has failed in meeting the expectation of what was presented.
Description of Work: I contracted with Pro Carpet for a poxy flooring in the reception area and crumb flooring for the play area of a dog day care.
