 + -1 moreI did not choose this provider, as I had no proof that he had insurance.
Description of Work: His was the lowest of four estimates for washing the outside of my cape cod house and garage. After waiting a week for proof of insurance (which I asked him for both on the phone and by e-mail) which never arrived, I had to go with another company. Please Note: I had to put this in the closest category, as Angie's doesn't have a House Washing category.

 + -1 morePat quoted me a good price over the phone. Then when he came to do the work, the house was taller than he expected so he had to return later with a helper and taller ladder. However, he kept the original price the same. Pat was neat and professional. He communicated frequently by text message. The house was cleaned (vinyl siding) and the roof took 3 treatments to get rid of the moss in the worst spot. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.
