Pat quoted me a good price over the phone.  Then when he came to do the work, the house was taller than he expected so he had to return later with a helper and taller ladder.  However, he kept the original price the same.  Pat was neat and professional.  He communicated frequently by text message.  The house was cleaned (vinyl siding) and the roof took 3 treatments to get rid of the moss in the worst spot.  I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.
