Working with Brent Conley from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Rochester was a GREAT experience! Brent easily understood what my needs were and was able to provide additional creative suggestions that made what I was looking for ten times better. During the proposal phase, Brent provided routine communication that showed exactly what he was going to do and what the finished product was going to look like. During the installation phase, Brent and his team were professional and competent, and I felt 100% comfortable with him when he was on site. The final product was exceptional, and I have gotten many, many compliments on how the building looks. Feel free to drive by 1441 East Avenue and take a look at the exceptional work performed. I would fully recommend Brent and the folks from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Rochester.

Brent & his associate arrived exactly when promised, did a thorough inspection of the system, found at least one faulty connection, and replaced all tungsten bulbs with long-life LED bulbs. No changes to the existing transformer system and (very old) fixtures were required. They were extremely courteous and professional. The whole job was accomplished within the window of time paid for upfront at the discounted price so that all I paid extra for were the LED bulbs. Everything works fine and the illumination is superior to what was previously experienced with the tungsten bulbs. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
