Long Life came highly recommended by a driveway sealer company that my friend uses and highly recommends. When Long Life gave me an estimate for a new driveway that was lower than any of the competition I didn't question it because of the professional recommendation. I should have questioned it; it was a mistake. The driveway looks ok from the road, but there are so many bumps that anywhere you stand on it you can feel the unevenness and bumpiness below your feet. I wish I had spent more in line with other estimates and gotten a better driveway. When I called the owner of the company about this he explained that they compact the asphalt manually rather than using machinery. People thinking about doing business with him should be aware of this before committing to a contract. You might not get a great end result. He said he would come out to look at the driveway, but I never heard back from him.
