+ -1 moreI thought all was well. Until we actually moved in and noticed things that you expect the the home inspector to notice. Like that random gutter in that back that was used to stop water from getting into the basement and the chimney needs to be rebuilt and also how the back of are house looks like a half pipe because of how it settled.
