About us

Countryside Cabinetworks Plus and Page Appliances merged in 2013 as Page Countryside to become Rochester's only independent one stop shop for Appliances, Kitchen and Bath, Flooring, Lighting, Mattresses and Full Service Remodeling. With over 20 team members, we only employ experienced professionals in the area of appliance sales, kitchen and bath designers, lead carpenters(not subcontractors), and scheduling and procurement personnel. All workmanship is warranted for 12 months. We are proud members of Guild Quality, an independent firm who surveys our customers after every job to help us continually improve or processes. Survey respondents consistently give us a grade of over 90% in all categories.

The fellow that worked here was friendly, mechanical, a craftsman, you can ask him any question at any time, and he is coming back, we're hiring him off the record to do stuff for us away from Countryside, that's how good he was.

The end result was great but they were not perfect. I had a few problems but they fixed them. I am still facing a few problems which they are also taking care of. They had to replace a door which did not work and also took care of some issues with a customized cabinet which they did at their cost. They pretty much do everything they need to do. Their price was good. They did not charge me very much for any additional stuff. They come when they say they are going to come. They always did what I asked them to do and I never had to get into any arguments with them. They did a good job in a professional fashion. The guy who did the cabinets was fantastic and also the one who did the countertops was fine. I would use them again in the future.

The salesperson was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain all our options. Except for... she steered us away from a more expensive vanity top. I wish that she hadn't. One of the corners of the vanity top we received, a cultured marble top, was chipped between shipment and installation. And, now the sink bowl already has signs of wear after only 3 months! Also, the sink top we received had no option for a matching side splash. The installation crew was not very professional. The lack of communication made me really anxious. The fit and finish of the vanity cabinet was not as good as I expected, either. I'm not sure if it was mishandled during shipment or what. One of the doors is a little warped so it does not sit flush on the cabinet surface. On the top edge of that door a small area of stain has flaked off. One of the lights above the mirror was left askewed by the installers.

Countryside Building Supplies did a terrible job. We have grout coming out of the floor and the workmanship was poor. They will not stand behind their work. The owner came out, but is not correcting the problem.

The craftsmanship is great, and the price was fair. The problem is that the crew from Countryside Building Supplies is too busy with other projects so it's taking a while. A lack of coordination with crew and office doesn't help either. They do great work, it's just a long process.
