+ -1 moreExcellent. Lou kept in touch about arrival time, was prompt and professional. He was even going to waive the service charge since he didn't have to repair.
Description of Work: my dryer had broken, after overloading it with a heavy blanket. Buy the time Lou got there, it had "reset" itself and was working. He didn't have to repair it.

+ -1 moreLou diagnosed the problem as a worn connector attachment to the circuit board which intermittently made contact with the circuit board. Lou re-soldered the receptacle to the circuit board. Problem solved. Lou mentioned that it may fail again as the hole in the board was badly worn from vibration and Lou told me what it would cost to replace the board if the problem re-occurred. Problem did reoccur a few months later. I found board on Amazon.com and replaced it myself. Lou got us out of a pinch and his cost was very reasonable. We have used Lou a few times before and we will call again if needed.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired "Intermittent no heat" problem with Whirlpool dryer.
