Craig did an excellent job! We replaced old beat up single pane windows in our basement with glass block windows. He was very responsive and gave us a quote very fast that was very reasonable. He was on time and did great work - would definitely reccomend!

With a single phone call, I scheduled an appointment for Craig to come to my home and write up an estimate.  He was punctual, thorough, asking all the right questions to ensure my new window needs would be met.  I went ahead and scheduled installation for a day approximately a month later.

Craig arrived on time and quickly and methodically removed seven (7) iron-framed basement windows.  His demolition work was done quickly and cleanly - no debris or mess was left behind.  He then replaced them with beautiful light maximizing Wave-patterned glass block that brightened and warmed up my basement.  All, but one glass block window included screen vents, including a dryer vent and a vent he created and customized for my new 95% efficiency furnace.

Craig also carefully tore out a very old metal-framed, double-hung window and installed Ice-patterned glass block in my first-floor powder room, updating and greatly improving its appearance, and brightening it up with increased natural light.  Everything looks great!

Craig (owner) answered the phone on the first call, did not have to leave a voicemail or talk to an answering service. Came out the same day to measure my basement windows and left me with an estimate. Called him next day and he put me on the schedule. Two weeks later we have four perfectly installed glass black windows. Job took him about 3 - 4 hours. Craig and his worker were efficient and professional. Left work areas clean and looking a lot better than before he started the job! Would hire them again and recommend to my family and friends.

Craig was a pleasure to work with.  Came out to give an estimate and provided a very fair quote and was very flexible in scheduling the work to my availability.  I had planned on getting another quote and generally like to wait a day before deciding to hire someone, but since he was so flexible and friendly, I decided to go ahead with him right then. When he came out to complete the work he arrived exactly as scheduled and completed the work in a very neat, timely, and quality manner.   Would definitely recommend.

Craig was great he replaced 4 windows they look great. He was the cheapest, showed up on time and cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell he was there. I would recommend him to anyone that needs glass block windows.

Craig installed glass block windows where none existed before and did a very nice, neat job for what I considered to be a very reasonable price. He also gave me a price for an additional two windows which I agreed to have him install. Unfortunately, he failed to return several voicemail messages I left for him to complete the job and each time I've called, it goes immediately to voice mail, which seems to always and quot;box fulland quot; so I have given up and will search for someone else to complete the job.

I called Mr. Becker to inquire about the cost of having glass block windows installed at a home that I recently purchased. Mr. Becker came out the following day to take measurements and left a very detailed estimate in my mailbox. The price was reasonable and he even applied a $50.00 coupon to the estimate! When I called to speak with him about the estimate, he answered all of my questions and was very flexible in finding a time to come and do the installation. When Mr. Becker and his crew arrived on the day of the installation, there were a few changes that needed to be made in the order (because of an error on my part). Mr. Becker was very accommodating and 'rolled with the punches'--even throwing in a laundry vent for free! He and his partner worked through the rain to install the windows in my basement. They were professional, courteous, friendly and very hard working! The windows look great and Mr. Becker and his partner did a wonderful job of cleaning up the work site.
My partner and I are very satisfied with the results. Several of our neighbors have commented on how great the windows look and what a quality job Mr. Becker did with the windows. I enthusiastically recommend Becker Glass Block to anyone interested in having glass block windows installed in their home.

The project took 4 hours to complete, which was shorter than I expected. The finished product looks great and is a huge improvement over the single panes of glass we had before. I'd give Craig an A for the responsiveness category, but he did not return my original call over a day. In all other departments he did very well. He is easy to work with.

Craig recently installed 6 vented glass block windows in our home and we couldn't be happier. He took the time to answer all of our questions, both over the phone before installation and during the installation itself. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was careful about keeping the door closed to when we couldn't get one of our cats to leave the basement. He was cautious about our basement being carpeted and immediately mentioned bringing in tarps to protect it from debris. He was able to customize one of our windows during installation when an issue with vent placement arose. He installed high-quality windows with high-quality craftsmanship. He left no mess what-so-ever. He looked at all the windows with us when he was done. We are thrilled with the windows and have recommended him to several friends and family members.

Craig Becker provided a competitive quote and we liked that he does his own installations. He came beforehand to measure and was very accommodating about working around some obstructions in our basement. He made the windows beforehand with the appropriate vents and on the day of installation, he worked very neatly and efficiently. Craig took a lot of care with the area around the window, filling in any gaps in the nearby foundation with mortar and leaving nice smooth joints around the windows. He was very friendly and courteous. The windows are great and the vents are very easy to operate. We have appreciated the additional light and insulating value the windows provide.
