and then decided to go with a local company. Jason came to my house and
provided me with options on how to address the problem. I really liked
that!!! He was willing to work with me to get my furnace running again. I ended up deciding to replace the furnace and again...he provided me with options!
What I appreciated about his service was his honesty! When deciding how much to spend on a furnace, he asked me
whether I was planning on staying in the house for a long time or not. Taking the time to ask these types of questions helped me to decide on the appropriate furnace for my house.
He even offered to lend me heaters for my house to make it through the nights, but I didn't need them.
On the day of the service call, he called me to give me an indication of
when he would arrive to complete the job. he explained everything he was
doing and why he was doing it.
I was quite pleased with the service. No one ever wants to spend money on things like a furnace, but I felt like Jason was fair with me.
I even called him back to my house this summer to replace a cartridge in my AC unit. While he was here, he checked out my furnace.
You can't go wrong with him!
