Excellent Job. Work was done on time and priced very reasonably. Also I’m not sure what the other reviewers are talking about because we found the owner to be very professional, courteous and helpful with choosing the right fence for our yard. The fence has been installed for a little over a year now and still very happy with the job.

Terrible!terrible!Terrible! He was to install the fence mid September. It is October 28 and he just finished it, and the posts are still in croked. He was to have had this fence installed within two weeks of the scheduled start date.the first day he came to begin the installation the posts were inserted with him supervising. He did not return for a week to begin installing the fence sections. He said he sent his Forman to install it. This man spent five hours installing a fence with end channels that were too short and the vertical boards were not even close to tight. When I went outside to inspect the installationI I saw the incredible mess and told him to stop working. I called the owner. He never came to the job sight for another month! Finally, on October 27 he sent his real Forman who was incredulous at the mess. They had to remove two posts that were in at an angle and fix the loose vertical boards. The Forman returned today to finish the work. No question that he worked diligently for two days. However, after he finished I went to the second floor of the house where I could look down on the two replaced posts and adjacent fence sections. The fence sections are at three different angles! I called the owner immediately. Once again he was very angry with me that I would dare to question the integrity of the now completed job. It has been a customers nightmare to deal with this man.

The men who worked on the fence were very professional. They worked very quickly and did an excellent job. Jerry came out to the house a few times to check on things. We were extremely happy with the work that was done.

Called and promptly came and gave me estimate. Said could guarantee 4 time frame to start. Started on time and finished on time. Was prompt, easy to get ahold of and did a good job.

Right from the beginning when we tried to contact him, it took him over a week to get back to us. Then after he gave us the estimate and took the downpayment, he said he would be doing it on a certain date or he would call. On that date, he never came and never called, we called several times, leaving a few messages, he finally got back to us later that day, saying he was sorry he didn't call, he said because of the heat they were behind and would start next week. When I was upset with him he turned things around like I should be more understanding - I understand weather related issues - NOT not responding to phone calls and not keeping appointments! He originally told us it would take a week to complete, they did not work everyday and it took 2 weeks! The fence itself is good, but his customer service was terrible!! I would not recommend him for that reason.
