The dryer was repaired, but not the dishwasher which meant I had to call another shop and pay more money for a repair call.

Dishwasher was leaking. I cleaned out the pump and could not get the cap back on. Provider charged 97. to screw the cap back on. Dishwasher was still leaking. When I called to tell him, he said the dishwasher needed a new pump. Cost would be 250.00. I didn't think this was the issue and called someone else. They fixed it for 87.00. It was a simple kink in the line that goes to the drain.Repair person did not even look at the dishwasher before deciding it needed a new pump. Very poor service and would like my money back. Watch out for this company!!!!! I would take them off of Angie's list!

"Feb 29 (1 day ago) to cindyf Mrs [Member Name Removed], I was called to your house to fix the dishwasher on January 8th, 2016 with the problem as stated that "you removed the pump & ring and could not get it re-installed". I re-installed the pump and re-installed the Ring to hold it in position. I then filled the dishwasher and pumped it out, while your husband was right there with me the whole time. There was nothing stated that there was any leak issue, nor was there a leak occurring when I left your house. Service fee and labor was the charge of $90.00 plus tax, total of $97.20. I am not sure who you called that told you the "kinked drain hose was the source of your leak". Does not usually happen that way. A kinked drain hose would make the dishwasher not drain, or drain extremely slow. There is not a refund due, as my service work was for the Pump that you had removed in the attempt of fixing it yourself. You needed the pump put back in place. That is what I did. I did go above and beyond and made sure the dishwasher was in working order before I left. I do not agree with your statements that my repair didn't fix the problem, It did. I am sorry that you do not agree. I do my utmost to make sure my customers are back on track and back in service when I leave. I am a small business that relies on word of mouth to spread the business. The notice of your email just came through on Saturday, February 27th, 2016, to me. I did look up the call and pulled my notes and am now responding today Monday February 29th, 2016. Today alone I got 2 more direct emails. I am going to copy and paste this to those also,to show the response to them. I don't want you to think I am not responding. It went okay. He quoted me a price and it was okay. They only came to give me an estimate, I thought it was too high. I think they did everything okay.

"I let you know the day I fixed the dishwasher that i did not work on hood vents but would try and find out who had part for it .Could not find a parts distributor .You should call the hood vent manufacturer"

He suggested that we replace a part, which included the trap door on the ice feeding mechanism (the ice maker was and is still working. After the repair the feeding mechanism was working but the was significant build up of frost and ice inside the freezer compartment. We had him come back and he tightened up the door on the ice feed. There continues to be more frost and ice build up. There appears to be no sense in calling him back since he hasn't fixed it in two trips. I continue to scrape ice and frost off the inside of the freezer door

I truly do not believe it is any workmanship issues. There could be other reasons for the frost and/or ice build up. Please call me to set up a time to come out and I will bring another kit out and check out the problem you are having. I would appreciate a phone call to advise me that you were still having an issue with the frost / ice build up. I would have no way of knowing the issue is still happening if you do not notify me."

The providers showed up when promised and fixed a part to my freezer. In leaving they said I should have ice by morning. NO ice. So I called back and they agreed to return and fix the problem. They did not return at the time promised , but did come later in the day. They fixed the problem, but now my icemaker is extremely loud as it fills--previously I could hardly tell it was working. Overall I would say that they did an ok job. The ice maker is working. I bought the $75 dolar coupon on angies list, but I don't really think that it saved me any money--just got me to hire this company. I might call them again, but I would be just as likely to try to find someone that might charge less and get it right the first time.

I wasn't thrilled with them. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't good. They estimated my dryer. But then, I ended up getting a new dryer. They had said that they would come back to do the filtration to the outlet and that they would charge me $100 or whatever. When I bought a new dryer, they just did it for free. It wasn't an awful situation. But, I don't think I'm going to use them again. They came right out. They were prompt. The workers were friendly. They were fine.

Frank came out within a day of scheduling appointment. He had to order a part for the fridge and was back the next day. For the dish washer he wanted to have his partner who was more familiar with our model. He was able to get the dish washer repaired within 15 minutes. We were very satisfied with our experence.

Great response time, arrived at house within 2 hrs. of trouble call. Found problem in minutes, replaced faulty belt and were done with job in 15 minutes. Have used these guys many times over the years and always get great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
