I have had cable with other high profile companies that treat and make you feel like an account number. Haefele treats their customers on a much more personal level. If a customer has an idea they will use it. Haefele's prices are so reasonable.

They have always been really nice. I don't get billed for their service calls, but I get billed every month for the use of the DVR. They are really reliable, once a big branch came down in a storm and knocked out my cable, but they came right out and fixed it. They have always provided really good service, I have never had any problems dealing with them, and I would recommend them.
