Dave and his partner (can;t remember his name) were awesome.  Dave drove about 25 miles to my house for a consultation.  He charged me $150 bucks for that but applied it to my order when I committed to the work.  Dave was extremely helpful in looking at all of the possible stoves that would fit my application and ended up recommending one that worked perfectly and was a bit cheaper then the one i had initially wanted.  No upsell here.  He just wanted it to be right and for us to be happy.
The wood I had delivered a couple of weeks before was a little green, so he brought about 10 pieces with him so we could properly fire the stove a few times to cure it.
They were done in a day and cleaned up well.
I have been using the stove all winter and am very happy with it.  I will be calling them again for cleaning and services the stove.

Dave was very professional.  We had been trying to do this since the beginning of January but the weather always put a stop to it.  Finally had the installation done last week and couldn't be happier!

Professional job. Great person to deal with. Owner does the work himself and is reliable and honest.

It was not a unit they had sold, but came and serviced it anyway.  [A different vendor refused to do that.]  They were efficient and pleasant.  Did not try to up-sell anything, which is always appreciated.  Just took a while to get an appointment due to the season, but they came at the appointed time.

County wood stoves was very responsive with my request.  I purchased a new home and the gas fireplaces are builder grade.  I had no knowledge of the where these were purchased or who might service them.  Although County wood stoves does not sell these particular units, they were willing to come and repair the problems I was having with the remote control starters.  I am very appreciative, because all of the other companies I called were not willing to take the time to repair units they had not sold nor installed.  I highly recommend them.

Once the parts were received from supplier and appointment was made.
They came when they promised and did the installation quickly and efficiently.
The only issue i had was not being currently kept informed as to how long it would take to get the parts needed.
