Description of Work: Deposit was left with Hampton Hearth and Patio. The entire winter season I tried to have someone come down and service our fireplace. I paid a $100 deposit. I called and scheduled service and no one ever showed up. I rescheduled and again no one showed up. This happened four times. I made several calls to try to reschedule and after many attempts I asked for my deposit back. I finally was able to reach the owner and without hesitation, he refunded my $100. I am not sure what the problem is, if it is an issue with the service guys that work there not showing up to scheduled appointments, the person that schedules them, or the entire establishment itself. I will not be a returning customer.
