Jose and his crew were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and clean. Highly recommend!

He is very knowledgeable about the units and is working on fixing the condenser and trying to figure out why one unit is leaking. Work is still in progress but we are confident he will solve the problem.

Couldn't be better ! We contracted the project, left them the keys and went on vacation. On our  return,the new system had been installed and tested, worked perfectly first time we turned it on. Quality of parts used and workmanship was as good as I have ever seen. The technician vacuumed the basement area clean and freshened it with Lysol before he left. Couldn't ask for any better service. I have been dealing with Burt's for over 20 years and they just seem to get better every year. If you live on the east end of Long Island, these are the guys to go to for HVAC projects and service.

Approximately 1 week after a complete system service the boiler would not turn on. To their credit a technician showed up at 2AM to fix the problem. While it was nice to have someone show up in the middle of the night to fix the heat, I suspect that the problem was caused by their service the prior week. You end up paying a lot extra for oil deliveries vs. the competition. Combination of service quality and expensive ooil caused me to switch to another oil and service provider.

Burt's Reliable is fabulous. We use them all the time. They're very reliable, I would recommend them. We had redone the kitchen and they had to re-connect everything. They're reasonable. They're not cheap but they're not rip-offs either.

They aren't the cheapest guys around, but they are responsive and they know what they are doing. It helps that they are local.

The only story is that there was a problem with air building up in the line making the house sound like a river was running through it when the heat came on. They bled the lines a few times but the problem kept coming back, but Burt's also kept coming back until they solved the problem. I don't know what it was nor what they did to fix it (this was a year or two ago) but they fixed it and there was no additional charge. We're very happy with them.

We have used Burts for years as our oil supplier. We developed a leak in the upstairs bathroom from the jetted tub. Made an appointment and the service man came and found the problem. Needed a part. Made another appointment to return which he did and repaired the problem and patched the ceiling in the room below. All on time and professionally done

Arrived quickly after being called (within a few hours) performed repair quickly and correctly, cleaned up after themselves and left us satisfied. What more can you say?

The previous people that ran the company have sold their business to Burt. They have maintained the good service, pricing, and the discount contracts that we have and things like that. They are quite big, and their prices seem to be totally competitive. They send people once a year to adjust and clean the furnace and everything else. It is all very good.

I had them out to fix a backup in the bathroom. The work alleviated the problem temporarily, but the problem came back. I was disappointed with their work and had to hire another plumber.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY GOT THINGS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE STEEP, BUT THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY CLEAN CUT AND NICE.

THEY ARE JUST A SMALL TOWN COMPANY THAT DOES GOOD WORK. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST COMPANY AROUND, BUT ARE VERY RELIABLE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY RETURN MY CALLS AND I USE THEM FOR MY HEAT AND PLUMBING WHEN NEEDED. THEY ARE TOTALLY RELIABLE JUST LIKE THE NAME. THE WORK IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE A FEW TIMES AND I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THE SERVICEMEN ARE VERY POLITE. THEY WILL COME QUICKLY IN AN EMERGENCY.
