Victor Balchunas is an ARTIST with stone. He did a magnificent job for us and we recommend him wholeheartedly.

I was impressed with all aspects of Victor s work. He was prompt in getting me an estimate and completing the job. Victor is a highly skilled mason who takes pride in his work. I would most definitely hire him for any future projects as well as recommended him to others.

Mr Balchunas is a man of his word. He came initially as planned, sent an estimate promptly & did the work when scheduled.He knows his craft. He did it carefully & neatly. He had to remove a set of stairs in our bilco to complete the work thoroughly. He even diagnosed another related problem that will need to be addressed by another type of craftsman.

His attitude was always pleasant and he worked very hard.

Victor was prompt, fair, professional and delivered an exceptional result. He not only fixed my problem wall, he even fixed a nearby wall and cleaned up everything so it looked even better than before we started in all the areas surrounding the wall he fixed. Victor is a real pro. Very prompt to return calls and emails. He came on time and did everything he promised to do. Was extra careful to cover my driveway before rolling over it with wheelbarrows full of concrete. Victor was absolutely exactly what is was hoping for in the way of a concrete contractor. Victor is a consummate mason who stayed with my job from start to finish. He reinforced the exterior of my foundation, built a footer for a chimney in my basement, and built me new front steps He was very thorough, professional, pleasant, and competent, and went above and beyond to ensure a good job. The quality of his work is top-notch, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Balchunas was one of the most professional companies we have ever hired; we've seen alot since we custom built our home.
