"Mr. was a customer for 5 years. Everything we did was done correctly. We are in the office from 7 am to 8 pm and he has my personal cell phone to call. We tell all our customers they need to call the office and not to tell the vacuum person to relay messages as they usually forget. We always came when he called but he only called once and claimed he had called dozens of times. Look at our other reviews. There is always someone who wants to complain and bad-mouth you when it is their fault. He keeps playing with the pool and spa himself. Tells my guys not to vacuum after they show up. Was told for 3 years he needs to redo his tile as they keep falling off and there are voids behind them but Mr. refuses to do it and wants a patch job. Their terrible personality, late payer, and other companies should be aware of this scam by him."

"This is from 2018. We sent Mrs to collections and this is her retaliation. A fired employee went to her house and opened her pool and collected cash from her. We had no idea as she always paid with a credit card which was authorized in a signed agreement between us. Mrs. had a liner installed. All was good. Her previous company had never checked the Ph and the heat exchange damage was discovered after the liner was installed and filled with water. We replaced the heater for her at a discount because we had changed the liner and felt bad as she was pleading hardship. We told her the lines were leaking also, and needed to be repaired. As she rents the house all summer she did not care to spend money to fix this."
