When I arrived at the funeral home for the wake, I was upset to see the arrangement was made up of pink, yellow and white flowers, and in my opinion, was not a very attractive arrangement. Overall flower quality was satisfactory. My father had also gotten an arrangement there, and although his arrangement was about $25 more, it was very nice, and exactly the colors I requested. I called the florist after the funeral, since there were no business hours between the wake and the funeral, and expressed my dissatisfaction with the arrangement. The person in charge returned my call and expressed surprise since they are frequently complimented on their flowers. They offered to rebate back 50% of the cost, I was OK with 25%. Their effort to make good was very acceptable.
