Perfect! Greg and Mark were professional, fast, and arrived early (not just on time)! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Handyman arrived on schedule and completed job to our satisfaction

Everything was fine, I have no difficulty at all and the job was done well. They were upfront and I appreciated the honesty. When there was some changes that needed to be done, they informed me, it was done and I'm satisfied. They were a little high on price but in that area, I understand it. They have to book it a couple of weeks but I don't know if it's just weather or they were just overbooked.

The price includes parts and labor. He got back to me immediately. I think his price was very fair. He was efficient in his work and very polite on the phone. I plan on using him again.

as above- Don't let him leave his team unsupervised, and Do get an estimate of the work up front, perhaps agreeing to a per-project price rather than an hourly rate...

Overall, he is very unreliable and unprofessional. He used up my roll of toilet paper! To clean up, I guess... He was messy and just didn't do a good job. Caulking is a pretty simple task. I am particularly worried about the skylight since I have no way of checking it out unless I hire someone. There were several other things I expected him to do while he was here that was on my list but he took off. I didn't question it because I was already having doubts about his work and wanted to get a better look at my bathroom before he did anything else.

I HAVE ALWAYS USED SOUTH HAMPTON WHEN IT COMES TO HAVING MY APPLIANCES REPAIRED. THEY NOT ONLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE INEXPENSIVE.
