We used Ron Foster because they were the company the previous owners had used. The company is unprofessional and unhelpful. They can't explain what services they are providing or what was done when you get an invoice. They are disorganized and non communicative.
When they opened the system, they said a few parts needed to be replaced. When I asked them which ones they said they don't know and that I've been billed for whatever was replaced. They added new drip for hedges and gave me a quote over the phone of 800-1000 but I got an invoice for 1300. I asked what was causing the difference because I want to understand what I'm paying for. Their response, I don't know who you spoke with but we don't give out quotes and you got billed for whatever work we did. Well someone did give me a quote when I made the appointment and it's your responsibility to put that in your system.
The owner was supposed to come back for a follow up after the installation and explain the sprinkler system and show me where all the sprinklers are and when I asked about that, the response was: Why would we come back? We already turned on the system.
Very rude and unprofessional. Zero customer service.
