Description of Work: On the positive side, the owner is very responsive and got back to me both times I called in order to schedule an appointment. He did an adequate, but not outstanding job. Some window sills could have been cleaner and when he had to step into the shower stall to clean a window, he did not put anything down on the shower floor, thus leaving dirt and dirty shoe marks.

Description of Work: Power washed the house exterior on a moderate setting. The washing did not remove more than half of the loose & chipping paint. I should have requested a higher power setting.
