They were efficient in doing what they said. They produced the product as they didn’t have that in their stock. Their price was down the line as everybody else. We got the same brand product so the quality was fine. They are very well organized. They were very responsive. They delivered when they said they would. I had very good experience with them as I have used them twice.

     This comment refers to the PC Richards store on Broadway and 87th Street on the west side of Manhattan.
     The sales person was nice, although not very knowledgeable about the product. He did ask another salesman, though, who professed to know the answers. He was polite and efficient,
     But Delivery was an utter, complete nightmare. I requested delivery between 8am and 1pm any weekday. They agreed. They called the day before to confirm. Then they didn't show up. A call to the delivery department was greeted by a rude, obnoxious and totally uncooperative guy who refused to give me his name, lied to me about the delivery time agreed upon, didn't seem to want to do anything about it, and was aggressively rude about it. Give a little man a little power and he thinks he's king.
     The company's customer service department was cooperative, and a half-dozen calls later, I did get the delivery just before 1pm.
     This is the second (and final) bad experience I had with PC Richards. Several months ago, I bought a dishwasher, and the delivery people failed to show up during the agreed upon window (8am to 1pm) THREE TIMES. Customer service eventually worked things out. 
     PC Richards is consistently unreliable, and unprofessional. DON'T buy anything at PC Richards that you can't carry out of the store yourself. The delivery department is a caricature of uncooperative, incompetent and unprofessional bureaucracy. A lot like the Soviet bureaucracy. 

He was able to determine that it was not washer, but a plumbing issue. There is an issue with drain from the washer. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He came when he said he would. They called to confirm the appointment. He understood very well what was happening.
