Excellent service, professionalism, etc. Craig arrived at the time he said he would and scoped out the situation. He then proceeded to recommend a treatment that was customized to our particular problem. He was courteous and respectful of our home at all times. When we signed the contract, he told us to call at any time with problems, which we did. He responded by coming back to our home a few times to re-set some bait traps and suggested we do some other things to prevent future bug issues. Our problem has been solved...We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

North Shore Exterminating was able to give us an appointment on the day we called, and their wildlife person arrived when he said he would, examined the situation both in the attic and on the outside of the house, thoroughly explained our options and attendant costs, and treated the attic with a male raccoon hormone. That night, the mother raccoon moved all her babies out of our home. North Shore followed up the next day and the day after that to make certain that the raccoons were gone.
