We received multiple estimates for this service and we wanted to get a quality product.  We reviewed everyone we had a quote from and found that some had either questionable pricing or questionable past reviews.  Joe from Irrigation Solutions came to us and gave a estimate which was slightly higher than his competitors but he spent the time going through his product and even was familiar with the area we lived in.  Many other providers were quoting lower prices with less zones and they told us "If we need more we can discuss the price at that time".  Joe never said anything and gave us everything in writing, he even told us flat out the day of the estimate that the water pressure in our area is not good, meaning we would need more zones due to reduced capacity per zone.  I really appreciated this and eventually worked with Joe to find a happy medium on pricing and payment and gave him the job.  Once my landscaper was setup we made an appointment for install but unfortunately were rained out due to weather.  My home is all dirt since its new and the grounds were all pooling so it was impossible to do the work.  We rescheduled for the following week and prayed the weather would cooperate.  Of course we had some rain the day before but our front yard was well drained so they did our front yard and all the interior plumbing and clock installation on day one.  The next two days were no good because of the soft conditions in my rear yard which prohibited us from using the machine to pull pipe.  First thing Saturday morning Joe's crew showed up and completed the entire rear yard and final hook ups.  Everything was explained to us and questions answered.  We had one issue where a bed was not covered by a head as originally planned, but as soon as we informed Joe his crew returned that same day and installed the head without question.  We were very satisfied with the promptness and courtesy his crew had and they left my yard clean after they were done.  A few days after installation my landscaper had accidentally hit a head with the tilling machine which wasn't marked (Flag blew away in the gusty conditions) and we informed Joe's office.  That evening one of his repair crews showed up and replaced the head for me in under 10 minutes.  My system is up and running and I would highly recommend his crew, the few extra bucks is worth it for the quality product and awesome customer service his company has.

I called Joe at Irrigation Solutions and he came over the next day to give me an estimate. He explained everything and what he was going to do. They came the next week and completed the job in a day and half. He would have started sooner but rain interfered. The workmen were professional, neat and hard working. They cleaned up after themselves and you could hardly tell they were there. Our system works beautifully and are very pleased with their work.  I highly recommend them.
