it is now leaking along the south side of the house> I have original bill our payment and check to prove it. I have called and called this is an emergency it is cold oout december going into January and he will not even return the calls. Big time fancy roofer! Hah! Water is causing my ceiling to come loose as we speak, but he dosen't answer his phone email or text. He says he guarantees his work for the lifetime of owner occupancy.!! Buyer beware

As always, it was perfect from start to finish. The team was respectful of my gardens and surroundings. They were on time and very pleasant. I've used them over the years for various homes with many types of materials and have always been more than satisfied. For me, the follow up has been the greatest comfort, since roofing can have small issues in the future, which they have always handled with such integrity.

While he started 2 weeks late due to the weather, his crew cleaned up very well and finished on-time.

They started when they said they would start, they worked strait through, the job was done perfectly, the landscaping was effectively protected, their men were all very courteous and friendly, and everything was completely picked up.  The cedar was installed in strait lines, the overlapping is expertly calculated, the capping detail is strait and level, and generally, the ROOF LOOKS GREAT.  There were no surprises relative to the initial contract, which is also very much appreciated. |
