Promised an inverter in 2023 since ours was under warranty. Now fast forward to 2025- no inverter and the company is telling us that we can reach out to the vendor ourselves. No updates until we called repeatedly and spoke to John the partner.

Project went very well.  We contracted w/provider back in Nov 2015.  We decided to purchased the system, rather than lease.  It was more $$ up front, but we calculated it would be better pay-off in the long run to purchase.  It took approx 3 months for financing & permits to be completed.  And w/the cold snowy winter ahead of us, they scheduled install for mid to end February of 2016.  They were very thorough.  They came and took measurements & calculations of our house in relation to sun angles & let us know before we purchased, what the system would be capable of producing.  They indicated it would take 2 days to complete the job.
The product was delivered 2 days before the install & a rep from Green Logic came to meet the delivery of products.
On day of install,the workers (approx 4 or 5) showed up on time & were very professional.  They protected the areas around my house were they were working.  They worked from approx 8AM to 4PM, with most of the panels installed.  One day 2 they completed the panel install & worked on the converted & electric portion of the project.  They were very neat & cleaned up each day.
They scheduled for the Green Logic inspection & once that was completed, they applied for the Town inspection, which was completed & passed.

I can honestly say that the project went smoothly from start to finish. Having had a few horrendous experiences with home improvements and contractors in the past, we were very skeptical. GreenLogic, and Mr. Lewitas in particular handled every step professionally and even with compassion and patience. Our home looks beautiful with its new roof and panels. Most importantly, we are proud to be using the sun to provide electrical power to our home. Since August, 2010 when we went "on line", we have saved over $500 on electricity compared to the last several years' bills. We are so pleased we chose GreenLogic as our solar panel company.
