The maids did a wonderful job deep cleaning our house which really needed the clean! I am very satisfied with their work and will be hiring again in the near future.

Nelly has been my house manager for several years . As a bachelor I don't get involved in housekeeping ! I have happily relied on Nelly for years . She quarterbacks a team honest good , polite workers .

Good cleaning lady. Paid thru Zelle and left extra tip for the lady. Would have liked confirmation from the manager that he would ensure she got it but he didn’t reply my text on the subject.

They came promptly with a number of workers and got the job done very well in several hours. If needed I would def use them again and I would recommend them to others.

The cleaning service staff was horrible. They broke several items and never mentioned that they did. I called the owner and he said he would send the cleaning staff to confirm the damage and they didn’t show up. You get what you pay for!

Originally set an appointment for the morning but were a complete noshow - they were supposed to come at 9 am but came at 2 pm only after I called to find out why nobody came. They sent 2 people. They did an extremely thorough cleaning job but in the initial phone call said that the cost was $20/hour, did not find out until after the job had been completed that it was actually $20/hour per person, for a total of $40/hour. They also dragged their feet to make the time run for at least an extra hour. The house is very clean but the total cost was around $300 was not worth it.

EN Cleaning was great. They showed up early and were very thorough. I've tried a few cleaning services and they are by far the best.

Clarify how many people they are sending to clean. When she said $20/hour, she did not say she was sending two people who were each $20/hour. They did very good work though and it was worth the cost!
