All was fine at first. They replaced a garage lock and wasn't installed correctly. Agreement was that's fine as they were finding an automated/electronic lock to replace. They never sourced the right one (despite it being listed on the web) and wouldn't return to fix the install. They offered $30 credit which doesn't come close to the cost of having another locksmith return to fix. They talk a good game but they're very poorly run.

When I called the office for pricing I spoke to Peggy who was very friendy and professional.  The provider, Doug, came out September 2015 to change the locks for our new home.  Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable.  We asked them to come back out in November 2015 to add a lock to a door and add a key box.  This time Doug brought Doug Sr. came out get the multiple jobs done quicker.  Both times, they were done 30 mn. tops.  They are very professional, pricing is reasonable, and they are very punctual.  I would recommend them to everyone.  Look no further!
