Carl was very nice and in my opinion was smart about wifi. And I work in technology businesses so I can somewhat qualify that. He came with some solutions and worked at diligent for some time. He did improve the performance but said he needed to go away and come up another solution that would really resolve the issue. That was two weeks ago and we did not hear back yet. Typical for businesses on the east end of Long Island. We have had other experiences with East End Computers and they are pretty good I'd say. They fixed the wifi in another computer for us when we dropped off a laptop. They have done other work and were good. I'd use them again but like everyone here, no one get's back to you.

HIS PRICES FOR COMPUTER WORK ARE CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE. HE DOES A GOOD JOB, AND I AM HAPPY WITH HOW MY COMPUTER WORKS AFTER HIS SERVICE. THE PRINTER WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT, AND I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CONNECT IT TO THE COMPUTER, BUT HE DID.
