LG TV required warranty repair. LG sent Carvill to make the repair. After repairing tv they reprogrammed the remote including resetting TV connection to my receiver which controls my surround sound. After they left I then discovered that the receiver does not receive a signal from the TV and I cannot get surround sound at all. I have called them many, many times and only get a voicemail. there is never anyone to answer the phone. I have left many messages for them to please return to fix what they messed up. My calls have never been returned. They are ignoring me and I cannot get surround sound to work at all. Avoid these people like the plague. The worst service ever.

I called Mr. Gulli to check my sound system when only a faint sound came from the speakers after my daughter's friends altered the connections. He had installed our multi-speaker system about a year ago and it worked fine until a week before our big party. He pleasantly reassured me that he could get there in a few days and fixed it in a few hours. I was so grateful and the price was right. He is excellent!

Badly. After two weeks I called to find out about the estimate. I was put off for a few days and then called back to find the repair was going to be about $200. I refused the repair and went to get my radio. When I got the radio I asked to see that it still worked. It did not. Remember the only thing wrong was the remote. I furiously took the radio home and opened it myself only to find that a ribbon cable had been pulled and cut. I reported these people to Consumer Affairs. Since I had opened the radio it was my word against theirs. Carvill had many closed complaints. Talks with the owner were useless.

"A) YOU BROUGHT THE RADIO IN FOR REPAIR ON 9/5/06 AND EXPLAINED TO US THAT "THE REMOTE IS NOT WORKING". B) WE GAVE YOU AN ESTIMATE IN 8 BUSINESS DAYS (YOU SAY TWO WEEKS?) OF $195 + TAX INCLUDING PARTS, LESS THE $21.75 ESTIMATE FEE TO REPAIR THE RADIO IN WHICH YOU DECLINED ON 9/16/06. C) WE RE-ASSEMBLED THE RADIO AND YOU PICKED IT UP ON 9/21/06. D) YOUR RADIO LEFT OUR PREMISES IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION IT ARRIVED, NO POWER WITH A WORKING REMOTE. E) SINCE YOU OPENED THE RADIO, THE CHANCES THAT YOU SEVERED THE DELICATE RIBBON CABLE ARE VERY PROBABLE SINCE THE CABLE IS VERY SHORT AND YOU MUST DISCONNECT IT (UNIT MUST BE OPENED ABOUT 3 INCHES TO DISCONNECT IT) BEFORE COMPLETELY REMOVING THE TOP HALF OF THE UNIT (HOW WOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS PROCEDURE WHEN YOU INSISTED THAT THE REMOTE WAS THE PROBLEM, WHEN WE DETERMINED THE PROBLEM TO BE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT?). F) YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY TYPE OF CUSTOMER THAT WE DEAL WITH ON A REGULAR BASIS THAT "THINKS" THEY ARE A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN (HENCE THE "CLOSED COMPLAINTS"). G) TALKS WITH THE OWNER WERE USELESS, FOR THE OBVIOUS REASONS STATED ABOVE. H) THIS CASE WAS CLOSED AS QUICKLY AS IT WAS OPENED."
