Overall the work went poorly. They put the pipe right through my waste pipe. For three years I had plumbing problems. The whole thing shut down completely one day. I had someone to come and dig it out and found two pipes running through my waste pipe. I took photos of it and all the plumbing bills for the three years when it was giving me problems. They were totally unresponsive. I ended up with a $1000 of plumbing bills because of all this. It also did some damage to the outside of the house. They also did not install things exactly how we wanted.
