About us

NY State Licensed & insured Home Inspection of the interior and exterior structural elements of a house, the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling from the basement to the attic and roof and the grounds. Mold Assessor licensed & insured by NY State for homes or businesses with air/swab sampling of affected environment, Lab analysis of findings with written report. Remediation Plan (if needed) and repeat of samplings at the conclusion of the remediation. Note that under present NY State law the remediation is to be conducted by a separate licensed remediation contractor other than the mold assessor. Flexible and fast scheduling for home inspections and mold assessor air sampling.

Services we offer

Home Inspection for pre purchase or pre sale of a house. You receive a detailed, confidential computerized report with pictures and particular highlights of any areas of concern. The inspection is visual and non-intrusive of the structure. I meet with you to review the report and answer any questions about the findings or recommendations. Home Inspections and Mold Testing are performed under separate contracts and fees; both include written reports and my personal availability .
