"Hi {Member's name removed}, I'm sorry that we weren't able to complete your computer design. We offer a free computer design and have been doing that for over 20 years. The computer design you were referring to is the realistic photo of your property where it looks like the work was actually completed. We've had great success with this and still offer it to this day. We had explained that there are some instances where the realistic photo image will not correctly represent what we are trying to achieve with your landscape project. This could be due to certain aspects of the design, overgrown shrubs blocking the house and many other factors. We take pride in representing the design outcome and do not want to submit anything that is not a true representation. If we're not able to complete the realistic computer design image, we provide a free color overhead cad drawing of the property based on your survey. We would be happy to provide this to you for free as this should have been explained during your consultation. Thank you."
