Femia Landscaping was established over 25 years ago and has been owned solely by Tony Femia since its conception. Tony takes great pride in all of his projects, no matter the size. Femia Landscaping is family owned and operated. All equipment is owned and all work is done IN HOUSE. Our equipment is state of the art and is maintained and cleaned after each usage. Our trucks are painted during off season as necessary. In short, Femia Landscaping is a professional company that prides itself not only in the services it provides but in the appearance of our vehicles and the professionals that are employed by us. After spending 2 hours with Tony, I do have some follow up homework to do to in regards to other contractors working in conjunction (Tony would redo my walkway/ & landing while I get a carpenter to repair the entryway.  The plan is to change the pitch away from my house and insert drainage pathways and connect them to other drains.  
Definitely in the planning stage, but will absolutely use Tony Femia when all of my ducks are in order.

The Femia team did a great job.  They responded to my panicked call after Sandy pulled our temporary chase pan cover off the top of our chimney leaving the wide hollow chamber and our new vent liner exposed.  They got to work on it very quickly and were able to complete the multi-day job in under a week, even with the snow storm.  It was a tricky job given the age and unique problems of our chimney, but Tony worked with James Ball (who installed our venting) to create a plan of attack and then Tony fabricated a custom support system and implemented the plan to improve the overall integrity of the top of the chimney and seal up the top large chamber with cement around the venting.  His team also took the loose brick top down a few rows and re-mortared them before rebuilding the pillars and cementing the flagstone.   The new chimney top looks great and matches our other old chimney, which was very important to us.  Tony and his team really went above and beyond for us at a very busy and tough time.  I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

We used Femia for 2 purposes. First, we had a leak in our chimney which we were trying to solve for years. We were forwarded to Tony Femia. He did a great job of finding cracks and sealing the masonry, and also reccomended a roofer and even bargained him down on price on our behalf. Since then we have had no leaks (again this is a persistent problem that we have had no luck with in the past). We liked the job he did so much that we are now using him for general landscaping and gardening as well. Our (organic) lawn now looks great and he really is incredibly responsive and attentive whenever we make a request.
