I had paid someone else $700 to fix the problem and he never fixed it. This person came, identified the problem--the same one the previous guy had said he had fixed, the temperature control--and charged me much less, $450. Then he called me two days later to ask me to open the refrigerator to make sure there was no icing anywhere. There was.
He said he was going to call the company and check on certain things but he would be back to fix it. He called the next week and said he had identified the problem. He came back, fixed it, refused to take any additional money from me, and then called again, two days later to make sure he had solved the problem.
