UNIQUE TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

Looks good so far. Chris came 4 separate times for extended treatment. When he was going to delayed for a specific treatment, he always notified me in advance - perfectly acceptable in these corona times. He was acutely aware and understanding of social distancing needs and carried out his work professionally and cheerfully. We also have a 3 month warranty in case the critters come back.

Unique Termite & Pest Control are excellent at what they do..Tech Chris whom I used prior came very quickly and checked the whole house thoroughly and found all the bugs hiding places and preceded to quickly kill them all..He used many different chemicals to kill them and had me stay out of the bedroom till the following day. I've had Chris at my house before and he is excellent,even tells you to call him in a few weeks so he knows if everything went well... Plus he backs up his work and making another appointment in a few months just to re check the place. Will certainly use him again..

Roy is a classy, top-notch, professional who takes his time and does a great job. I don't need as much communication as others. It took one phone call, and one visit, to get Pest Control service, which is perfect! Also, I was willing to do the prep work necessary, which made the service easier and better. They were good guys to us.

When we returned to our house our heating system would not go on. Our plumber said the chimney was clogged. The Chimney company could not do the cleanout because there was a live animal in the chimney pipe. I found Chris below. I would strongly recommend this guy. I found him from Angie’s list. He removed my squirrel and cleaned out the chimney. He even created a tool to clean out the bottom of the chimney. He was right on time.

Was prompt and polite first time he came to my home. But he left pesticides in a bag in my basement and I have pets.
Answered phonecalls from other customers while working at my home--which lengthened the time he spent at my home. 
Did not show up at all for a scheduled appointment in September 2015 and did not call to cancel. 

I noticed sawdust on my  deck under a rail and a 1/2 inch hole in the rail and then I  called Unique.  Roy answered immediately and came over right away for a free evaluation,. He recognized the problem and source right away.(carpenter bees)  He was very pleasant and did the job right away spraying the entire deck and railings and underneath.  He then sealed  the hole left by the bees and the job was done at a great price, which I appreciated very much due to other home repairs I had waiting to be done.  I would definitely recommend him and use their services again.

CALLED THEY CAME OUT. DID A GOOD JOB AFTER THE 3RD TIME. THEY CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME AND THERE WERE A LOT OF THE ROACHES KILLED. CAME BACK TWO WEEKS LATER, THEN THE THIRD TIME COMPLETELY DONE. I HAD SHOPPED AROUND AND THEY WERE PRICED REASONABLY.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MY LOCAL EXTERMINATING COMPANY. I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE PEST SINCE THEY SERVICED MY HOME. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, PROMPT, AND KIND TO ALL YOUR SERVICE CALLS.

EXTERMINATOR CAME OUT AND USED A POWDER SUBSTANCE AND THEN THEY USED SOME TYPE OF JELL. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL I STILL HAVE ROACHES. I STILL HAVE 6 MONTHS ON MY CONTRACT. AFTER THEY 6 MONTHS I AM GOING TO USE SOMEONE ELSE.
