All good. My house looks great. Workers were very professional and worked very quickly. They addressed all my concerns. I definitely would recommend them.

Great. Daniel is a quality guy to deal with. and his crew - Mike and Sergio, and the men that work with them, are real professional and nice too. There were a few surprises as the work progressed but at the end everything came out just right.

They were tops. Best decision going with these guys. Everyone that sees my new kitchen says it looks like a different house. My wife and I are very very pleased with our new kitchen. If I need work done in the future I will not hesitate to call Neil back to do the work.

The main project was a full bathroom gut and remodel.   Demolition was done efficiently and they always respected my home and kept it clean. The remodel came out beautifully. I chose hard to work with, 1 foot by 4 feet, heavy tiles and they created the Spa like bathroom I was looking for.  They work with a terrific cabinet guy who provided a real wood beautiful vanity and gorgeous quartz countertop and a smaller cabinet for over the toilet.  (I also got the vanity for my half bath from him as he really saved the day because I needed an odd sized vanity and he had the perfect fit.)    I used decorative mosaic tile for the trim throughout the main bathroom and they installed it to perfection.  I had sconces put in on each side of a recessed medicine cabinet, standard overhead lighting and a high hat over the extra deep tub, each set with dimmer switches to set the mood for a relaxing bath.   
In the kitchen we kept the existing cabinets but needed to update the room badly.  We replaced the counter top with a quartz counter and for the backsplash we used 4x4 tiles installed in diamond patterns.  The electrician fixed faulty wiring at no extra cost and installed new outlets and under cabinet lighting.  We also replaced the floor in the kitchen and entryway.   With extra touches like a new, over  the oven, exhaust fan and new cabinet knobs, the room is now much brighter and has a welcoming rustic feel.
They also updated my half bath with a new vanity, light and comfort height toilet. They also put in a new outlet for me, and removed an old fashioned, in the way, built into the wall, towel bar to make my updates fit and look better.    I went for a semi-vintage look in this small half bath and I couldn?t be happier with the results.
The work didn?t stop with the main jobs.  They fixed a couple of doors, installed a new CAC vent, installed a comfort height toilet in another bathroom and made sure everything was tiptop before the job ended. 
We hired Gibraltar after meeting with the owner Dan.  I?ve had a lot of construction done over the years and Dan was the most pleasant I?ve ever met.  When you work with Gibraltar you get assigned a project manager and workers with expertise for your project.  We were assigned two talented, professional and hard working men.  My husband is not easy to please, having been in construction himself for over 20 years, and he spoke very highly of the quality of their work.  I most appreciated that the workers? passed on their own insight and experience to prevent me from making some costly mistakes.   The owner visited the job sight many times
and chimed in with his own ideas (which sometimes caused more work for the workers at no additional cost) to make the job even better.  I truly felt that my happiness was the utmost priority.
When you chose Gibraltar you can work with them in several ways.  If you want, they will do the shopping for you, bringing you samples along the way and purchase all the things you need.   I chose to do a mix of my own shopping and theirs.   We worked
out the finances very equitably and with no disagreements from either side.  
Customer satisfaction feels like an understatement when it comes to the owner Dan.  He really makes you feel that he wants total happiness from his customers, not just satisfied. 
We have several more projects in the future and we expect to do more business with Gibraltar.

I don't have a problem with them, I think they are a good company , if I had a problem they would change and if I had problems with one of the people they brought in to do the work and I talked with the manager and she actually replaced them and they brought people who I was comfortable working with from the past like Travolta. They are very good. The problem I had was when I called other vendors to do work in the house and what I found was some of the vendors didn't want to come to my neighborhood.

They were horrible. I have to have my roof replaced and sue them. He subcontracted with other people who did some patchwork on the job but were supposed to do the whole roof. They did a horrible job! This company says they are licensed, but they have other people do the work so their record stays clean. Neil was the supervisor of the workers. He just came whenever he wanted and whenever I would call he said he was in Atlantic city.

The Work related to the siding went well. they completed in one day and did a good job.
But a couple of concerns - which even after calling multiple times are not fixed yet..
1. My lights on top of the garage door and on the post are not working after the siding work was completed. they did send some one and he said he is not an electrician and cannot fix and will let his boss know. that is it . have not heard since and my entrance is dark.
2. I have the trellis in my fence cracked and was promised this will be fixed with the siding change. I bought the material thinking they  will fix it. but the siding guys said they cant do it, and when i told the manager when he came to pick up the check and was promised they will fix it. but nothing till date. called a couple of times and once one person showed up and said he does not know how to fix it. and that is the end of it.
I have no complaints about their siding work, but the small issues are the one causing problems and just hanging there and annoying as we were promised all this before we agreed on the contract.

They repaired the cracks in the stucco. There was a window that they stuccoed too, to make it look like it was not ever there. They painted the fence as well. Their price was reasonable for what they did, as well the little extras that they threw in.

They worked fast and efficient and made sure to clean up after themselves

Their prices are great. They're very honest and hardworking. I like the services they offer. They do everything for home improvement. They're a little expensive.

Our experience with them was great.  It was good in terms of the service, the people and the job that was done.  Everything went well.  It took a little longer than we initially anticipated but other than that it was fine.  There was no major problem.  There was communication and we were always talking and texting back and forth.  Communication was open and clear.  I appreciate their service.

Gibraltar hired a subcontractor to the job, and we were promised it would take  6-8 weeks to get done.  Time has passed, and it seems like they had a lot of different reasons as to why did could not do the work.  They did get a little of the work done, and then left the project half done, ie wires hanging from the ceiling, etc.  They promised to have the work done in an additional 4 weeks after that, but nothing has been done.  I have called multiple times and spoke with both the subcontractor and Gibraltar, and they have said that nothing could be done until after the New Year.  This project has been going on for 9+ months, and we would like to move in before the Christmas holiday.  We gave them a very generous window of 10-12 weeks to get the job done, and the job is not close to being done.  We have paid about 2/3 of the project bill upfront, and still have a house that is not liveable.

This issue has been resolved. Gibraltar was able to rectify the situation where the electrical work was performed to completion in an adequate time frame. Gibraltar responded to our concerns in a professional manner and did well in the end.

We had to cancel the estimate. We didn't realize we had used them years ago. They do very good work. They were reliable and on time. It is a very large house that was my aunt's and we just recently inherited the house. The roof leaked recently and the person that came to patch it said they did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. There was a little bit of difficulty getting them back and forth on the phone.

dont hesitate to phone this company. they are extremely efficient and knowledgable. they did the whole job in one day.

Everything went off very well everything was good.  They did everything on time.  He was efficient, paid attention to details, and co-coordinating everything with us and the company.

They came out and gave me an estimate. As they continued to do the work, they stated there were other issues regarding other forms of structure damage. The quality of the work itself was good, but the way the work was done did cause other damage throughout my home. However, when they were finished, the final cost was double the estimate.

They were okay. There was one part that was sloppy, but they came back and fixed it.

They came to my house and everything was very professional. They worked with me and were systematic. Everything they promised they delivered on.

Job went very well. Workmanship was of excellent quality. All work was done as promised.

Went very well and 'fast'... They know what their doing you could tell that,everything was 'precise'. Finished up in 1 Day, from early AM to Dark.

Gibraltar Home Improvements does a great job. They have a very nice personality and they are very kind. They are intellegent and they are doing great work. They went out of the way to accommodate me and my needs and they are very professional.
