, He explained what he needed to do. The main worker  was the owner Mike Ferraro and he had a helper. He took his time and measured precisely so everything would be done appropriately. He installed the metal capping  with screws.My shingle was not long enough so he had to cut an additional siding shingle to make up the difference. He also had to add a  metal sheet underneath the siding shingle due to the poor condition of  the wood on the wall , otherwise the whole section of siding shingles would have to be removed and the wood replaced. He saved me from a much larger job! He used galvanized nails and silicone to waterproof the outside of the siding shingle .  He guaranteed that the shingle would not leak! His work was superb!  He was prompt!  He gave me an estimate on Thursday and came on Friday the next day to do the job. He told me he was concerned that it was suppose to rain and he was worried that the house wall would be subjected to further water damage in the exposed areas that needed to be covered by metal capping and shingle. This man is an exceptional human being since he cares about others! I asked him if the price would be different because of the extra work and materials but he stated, "It still $135.00 .!"  I gave them both a tip anyway !  They deserved it!  It is not easy to get someone to come and do a small job , but he did this job!
