They were professional, patient, cooperative and did a great job!

The contractor arrived on time for the appointment I had scheduled to receive an estimate. The contractor and his work crew also arrived on time to complete the job. The job was completed with quality and neatness.

They were alright but need to be watched all the time. They did an okay job, but the patio floods. They were courteous. They did a very good job on the driveway.

Gary responded quickly to my phone call and came quickly to give and estimate, which was on the low side compared to 3 others we got. It was harder to get this estimate in writing. Although we made a verbal agreement to do the work, he didn't respond to my email until the morning his crew showed up - by then it was too late to argue the specifics of the job. Unfortunately, their idea of what the job included did not included everything we had discussed. He asked for an additional $1300 to paint the spots he was repairing, suggesting that the initial estimate didn't include painting. It's my fault for not insisting on seeing the complete proposal in writing. In the end, the concrete and stucco repairs were done adequately. The painting, which was a bit overpriced, in my opinion, was done barely adequately. They didn't use drop cloths and got excess paint in many places. When asked to fix their mistakes, they did as little as possible.

They are very good. They finished early even. Those guys are a treasure.
