They did a good job. They appeared to be confident with their work. They didn't take long and they stuck by their price.

This went very well. I called to make an appointment and they were very professional. They called back the day before to ask if they can come early. They showed up on time the day of the job and were thorough and fast. They did recommend replacing a pipe which would cost $1800. My husband deemed it unnecessary and we will ask for a second opinion because it's a big amount and unexpected as will. They were done cleaning two chimneys within 1 hour. I would use their services again.

We set up an appt to check a chimney of a brownstone we are working to buy. The day of the appointment, the guy did not even call. 30 minutes after the scheduled time, we called him, and he claimed to be about an hour away. We called an hour later, and he was still an hour away. We cancelled the appt., and the guy did not even apologize. We heard these chimney guys were bad, but we didn't realize how bad.

I CALL THEM ONCE A YEAR AND THEY COME AND DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THERE IS NEVER A MESS TO CLEAN UP AROUND MY FIREPLACE. ALSO, I AM PLEASED BECAUSE THEIR PRICE IS THE CHEAPEST.

I TRUST THEIR WORD BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER BEEN OVER CHARGED. THEY HAVE ALSO SHOWED ME PICTURES OF MY CHIMNEY BEING SWEPT OUT. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY RELIABLE. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO REACH AND THEY ALWAYS CALL YOU BACK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF MAKING SURE THERE WERE NO MESS LEFT BEHIND.

I WAS VERY GLAD MY MOTHER-IN-LAW REFERRED R&B'S TO ME. THE TEAM IS VERY RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY RESPONDED TO MY CALL WITHIN TWO DAYS OF MY CALL.
