The charges were half of what we expected. They were timely and courteous, and when they came to our house, the owner offered to take off his shoes so he wouldn't mark the carpeting. I had never seen any service providers ever offer to take off their shoes - I had plastic runners already laid down. He had to go all over the house to deliver the boxes and he and his partner did this in no time at all (3 hrs) with no complaint! They didn't stretch it out at all! They were courteous and efficient, which was most important! The owner was named Harry Singh.
