The job was not completed as discussed per project details. Did not finish the work and work that was done will likely need re done by another professional. Everything has been left unfinished except for the kitchen fan exhaust. I have reached out multiple times with no response from the pro.

2021- I recently moved and had a few hiccups with other professionals that left a bad taste in my mouth. The guys at Copper Star electric - 12/2023- updating my review. The work that was done in 2021 the ceiling that was cut into was not replaced where the electrical line was run. I recently had a home inspector who observed that where the line was run, there was no metal plate placed over the wiring to avoid potential electrocution once the ceiling is sealed and God forbid I drill something into the sheetrock. ALSO they CUT my support beams/floor joists instead of cutting into the beams to put the wiring through. ALSO the bathroom vent that was placed is not vented to anywhere, there is no space for exhaust in the ceiling. It is really disappointing that I thought the work was done properly and it was not. Unfortunately because I am a female client, I end up with subpar work. I am absolutely pissed that I paid for a job that was not done correctly. So here I am spending even more money on a project that should have been done! Would not recommend.

after running wires through my home, everything was left in perfect condition, and it was hard to find prices as good as theirs were.

They were very quick to respond to me, I waited less than a day, their customer service is excellent and their work and professionalism were great.
