+ -1 moreWhat i like most about them is this technician's honesty. He had consulted on my broken dryer and ordered the part that it needed. A few days later when he came to put that new part in, he discovered the real issue at hand that caused that replacement part to be stuck in the dryer and suggested that it was probably not worth the risk of replacing it. (This was after more than an hour of trying to get that broken part out of the dryer but it was literally rusted in...and thus it was the condensation in the dryer that had caused that piece to break down.)
Description of Work: They replaced an igniter on my stove efficiently and quickly.
